Returns

Right to withdrawal:

The consumer is entitled to terminate the purchase order within 14 days from the reception of the shipment for any reasons, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The 14 working days will be calculated from the date of the reception of the delivery
  • The products must be returned integral and in their original packaging including their guarantee seal.

Return an item

  • If you are a registered user, fill out the withdrawal form after entering the details of your order in the “my orders” reserved area and click “RETURN” (if you are not a registered user, click here to access the form), and then wait for the authorization email from our Customer Service.
  • The shipment expenses for return goods are charged to the Customer. You can use any carriers or a postal office provided that the office issues a shipment receipt.
  • The goods will be returned to:

Please remember that Diana E-commerce Corporation, which manages online shopping on behalf of The Blond Salad, is not liable for damage or theft/loss of the goods returned by the customer.

Dispatch method and costs

After receiving the goods in our warehouse, an operator will assess the condition of the products and will recondition them. Every activity will be reported to you by email and you will be able to follow it by entering your reserved area.

No goods exchange (size or article) will be allowed. Only the total amount of the returned goods will be reimbursed.

In the event that the goods are returned because they are faulty, the reimbursement will also include expenses for the purchase of the item(s). In this case, you will need to send an email to Customer Service, attaching photos of the products that show the defect. Customer Service will send you a prepaid shipment note to return the goods without any expense to you.

The amount will be reimbursed with the same payment method used to purchase your products and within 30 days from the reception of the returned product.

The withdrawal right will be no longer be valid if the product is not integral (i.e. either the packaging and/or its contents) in the event Diana E-commerce Corporation meets one of the following conditions:

  1. A part of the product is missing (accessories, pieces, etc.);
  2. The product was damaged during the transportation.
